1. Shipping rates
- Ireland (ROI): flat €5 per order.
- Europe: flat €25 per order.
Rates apply to standard parcels under our normal size/weight thresholds (see “Exceptions & surcharges”).
2. Processing & delivery times
- Order processing: 1–2 business days.
- Transit (Ireland): typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Transit (Europe): typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or address issues.
3. Where we ship
We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland and EU/EEA countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway.
If you need shipping outside these destinations, please contact us before ordering.
4. Exceptions & surcharges
Some locations or parcels may require extra time or incur additional charges. If applicable, we’ll contact you before shipping.
4.1 Locations with limited service
- Remote islands or territories (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta/Melilla, Åland Islands, Azores/Madeira, Channel Islands, Isle of Man).
- Micronations or special zones (e.g., Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Mount Athos, Campione d’Italia, Livigno).
- P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), parcel lockers may be unsupported.
4.2 Parcel limits
- Oversize/overweight or bulky items may require a custom quote.
- If a surcharge applies, we will confirm with you before dispatch; you may cancel for a full refund if you do not accept the revised cost.
5. Tracking & failed delivery
- Most orders ship with tracking; you’ll receive a dispatch email with details.
- If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the carrier may hold the parcel at a collection point or return it to us.
- Undeliverable or uncollected parcels returned to us can be reshipped (additional postage applies) or refunded minus original shipping.
6. Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Returns & refunds
- Change of mind (consumer orders): you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Refund method: to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- Return costs: buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty/incorrect.
- Faulty or incorrect items: we will cover reasonable return shipping or offer a replacement at no extra cost.

8. How to start a return
- Email support@onicoffeeroasters.ie with your order number and reason.
- We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.
- Pack items securely and keep proof of postage and tracking.
9. Exchanges
Need a different item? Place a new order and start a return for the original. We’ll refund once your return is received and approved.
10. Items not eligible for return
- Opened coffee or perishable goods.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Gift cards or downloadable/digital products.
